The "Four Quls" are four of the last Surahs in the Quran: Surat Al Kafiroon (109), Surat Al Ikhlas (112), Surat Al Falaq (113) and Surat An Nas (114). Those Surahs all start with the instruction "Qul" ("Say") and carry remarkable Islamic relevance and benefits:
-Surat Al Kafiroon is equal to one fourth of the Quran and acts as a disavowal of Shirk (idolatry) as well as a guide for tolerance and coexisting.
-Surat Al Ikhlas is a means to earn Allah's SWT love and attain paradise, banish poverty and increase sustenance and is equal to one-third of the whole Quran.
-Surat Al Falaq provides protection and cure for the evil eye (Nazar), jealousy (Hassad) and darkness.
-Surat An Nas is a means of protection from hidden dangers, jinns and Waswassa (whispering, evil thoughts)
